Weber State 5, New Mexico State 3
The Aggies committed five errors in a 5-3 loss to Weber State in their first game of the Eller Media Stadium Classic Friday. Fiana Finau and Malena Padilla hit a home run each to account for the two New Mexico State hits in the loss.

New Mexico State 14, Seton Hall 5 (5)
Later in the day, the Aggies belted a school record seven home runs in a 14-5 five-inning win over Seton Hall to improve to 11-6 on the season. Finau was 4-for-4 with two homers, three runs and six RBI. Staci Rodriguez also hit a pair of solo home runs, while Lacey Rother, Kelsey Dodd and Tatum Reedy added one each. Karysta Donisthorpe earned the win in the circle to improve to 4-2 on the season. After throwing four scoreless innings, she allowed five runs, two of which were earned, in the bottom of the fifth. She finished with game with six strikeouts and two walks.

Seattle U 17, Boston University 11
The Redhawks defeated Boston University 17-11 at the Santa Clara Invitational Friday, tallying a season-high 16 hits. Isabella Geronimo was 4-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI, while Brianna Guerrero hit three doubles and drove in four runs. Lisa Maulden, Jenny Hurst and Mandie Sugita also each had two hits. Alyssa Reuble earned the win in the circle, striking out three over 4.2 innings to improve to 2-4 on the season.
