Idaho 91, Chicago State 41
The Vandals cruised to a 91-41 win over Chicago State at the Cowan Spectrum Thursday. With the win, Idaho improves to 21-8 on the season and 14-1 in WAC play. The Cougars fall to 3-25 overall and 0-15 in the WAC with the loss.

The Vandals shot 53 percent from the field, 39 percent from three-point range and 69 percent from the free throw line on the game. Chicago State connected on 26 percent from the floor, seven percent from beyond the arc and 71 percent from the charity stripe. Idaho dominated the boards, 47-29.

Alyssa Charlston led all players with 20 points and 10 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the year. Agueda Trujillo Fernandez added 19 points, while Stacey Barr had 16 and Ali Forde finished with 10.

Layne Murphy paced Chicago State with 14 points and seven rebounds.

Grand Canyon 66, New Mexico State 56
The Antelopes used a strong first half to defeat New Mexico State 66-56 at Antelope Gym Thursday. With the win, Grand Canyon improves to 20-8 overall and 9-6 in the WAC. The Aggies fall to 10-19 on the season and 7-9 in WAC play.

The 'Lopes shot 41 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 82 percent from the free throw line on the game. NM State connected on 32 percent from the floor, eight percent from downtown and 89 percent from the line. GCU edged the Aggies on the boards, 44-43.

Deanna Daniels and Justine Johnson had 21 points each to lead Grand Canyon. Johnna Brown and Daniels both grabbed a team-high eight boards.

Danesia Williamson led all players with 28 points, while Brianna Freeman finished with 10 points and a team-high nine rebounds.

Kansas City 73, Seattle U 71 (OT)
The Kangaroos held on to defeat Seattle U 73-71 in overtime Saturday at the Connolly Center. With the win, Kansas City improves to 11-17 on the season and 7-8 in WAC play. The Redhawks drop to 13-15 overall and 8-7 in the WAC with the defeat.

The 'Roos shot 46 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 73 percent from the free throw line on the game. Seattle U connected on 44 percent from the floor, 23 percent from beyond the arc and 56 percent from the charity stripe. The Redhawks out-rebounded UMKC 42-34.

Eilise O'Connor led Kansas City with 24 points and five steals, while Kim Nezianya added 21 points and 11 boards. Calli White had 17 points and Taylor Leathers dished out six assists.

Wilma Afunugo led Seattle U with 15 points, while Kaylee Best added 14. Sylvia Shephard posted a double-double of 12 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four steals.
