The Redhawks committed five errors in an 11-0 five-inning lods to No. 9 Washington at Logan Field Tuesday. With the loss, Seattle U falls to 11-24 on the season.
The Redhawks stranded six batters, as Isabella Geronimo, Paige Bouska, Sarah Petosa and Hayley Beckstrom had the four Seattle U hits.
Richelle Ashburn suffered the loss in the circle, allowing seven runs, only four of which were earned, on five hits over 1.2 innings to drop to 2-5 on the season. Alyssa Reuble gave up four runs over two innings, striking out three, while Lindsay Davis closed out the game, striking out two over 1.1 innings.
