KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Utah Valley turned up the offensive attack in the second half as the Wolverines earned a spot in Sunday's championship game with a 1-0 win over UNLV on Friday at Durwood Soccer Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.

In the first half, both teams had their chances with Utah Valley putting three of seven shots on goal but UNLV keeper Richard Garness made a trio of saves to keep the Wolverines off the scoreboard. The Rebels didn't record any shots on goal despite six shots.

The Wolverines put the pressure on in the second half and it finally paid off in the 66th minute as Aaron Meyer sent a ball into the box and 6-4 Skyler Milne rose above the crowd to get a head on it for his ninth goal of the season and the 1-0 UVU lead.
