WAC Swimmers of the Week
Air Force Academy's Jordan Dahle has been named Western Athletic Conference Swimmer of the week, respectively, for Oct. 26-Nov. 1.

Dahle, a junior from Salt Lake City (Cottonwood HS) won three events in a dual meet against the University of Hawai'i, Oct. 30 ... The points he earned helped lead Air Force to a dual meet victory and keep the Falcons undefeated on the season at 6-0. Dahle swam the 50 free with a time
of 20.94 seconds, the 200 free in 1:39.45 and the 100 free in 44.82 seconds.

NM State's Dorottya Lennert and Northern Arizona's Chelsea Jackson have been named Western Athletic Conference Swimmer and Diver of the week, respectively, for Oct. 26-Nov. 1.

Lennert, from Budapest, Hungary (CSIK Ferenc HS) won every single event she swam in taking the top time in the 200-yard butterfly at 2:03.92. She also finished first in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 53.44 seconds and first in the 100-yard butterfly in 56.64 seconds. Lennert was also a part of the first place finishing 400-yard freestyle relay team with a com- bined time of 3:36.55.

Jackson, a senior from Flagstaff, Ariz. (Northland Prep) garnered two top four finishes overall in the two-day double-dual versus LSU and Wyo- ming, including a first place overall finish on 1-meter, where she picked up an NCAA Zone E qualifying mark for the fourth time in her career. On 1-meter she bested all her opponents with a score of 281.10 in a field that included two All-Americans from LSU, who finished sixth and seventh respectively. On 3-meter, she placed fourth overall and was third head-to- head against both LSU and Wyoming in separate dual meet scoring.

AIR FORCE
Air Force posted a 151-95 win over the University of Hawai'I, Oct. 30 … The Falcons are a perfect 6-0 overall this season… Junior Jordan Dahle won three events, the 50 free, 100 free and 200 free … Senior Michael Barnosky won the 100 breast stroke and 200 breast stroke and was also part of the 200 medley relay team that won … Several other Falcons won individual events: Collin Green in the 1000 free (9:31.14), Sean Ledford won the 200 fly (1:49.28), Devon Davis won the 100 back (48.98), Kris Tillery won the 200 back (1:51.05), Kevin Jackson won the 500 free (4:31.70) … Air Force travels to Arizona this week for a pair of duals, Nov. 6 at Grand Canyon and Nov. 7 at Arizona State.

NORTHERN ARIZONA
NAU opened its season against two traditionally strong schools in LSU from the SEC and Wyoming from the Mountain West. The Lumberjacks held their own during the two-day double dual in what was a record-breaking weekend. The level of competition was apparent with LSU and Wyoming combining to break 14 pool records at the Wall Aquatic Center, but NAU managed to pick up five overall victories. Senior Kendall Brown collected three of them with two wins in the 400m freestyle and one in the 800m freestyle, while junior Urte Kazakeviciute won the 100m breaststroke. Senior Chelsea Jackson placed first overall on 1-meter diving. As a team, NAU fell to LSU, 204-96 and 164-79, and to Wyoming, 156-144 and 144-99. In the separate dual meet scoring, the Lumberjacks won 13 events against Wyoming over the two days and five events against LSU.

NORTHERN COLORADO
UNC lost both meets (NMSU 175.5, UNC 101.5 & UNM 203.5, UNC 96.5), but set 30+ season event time records between the two meets (and three season best dives).

WYOMING
Wyoming set 12 total pool records en route to win over LSU at NAU two-day meet.

WAC CHAMPIONSHIP
The 2015 WAC Swimming and Diving Championship travels to Houston, Texas. The UNLV men's swim team captured the WAC title while the Northern Arizona women's team took the crown at the WAC championships last year.
