DENVER - New Mexico State's Pat Beyhan has been named the Western Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for Mar. 23 - Mar. 29.
Beyhan, a senior from Albuquerque, N.M. (La Cueva HS), finished tied for seventh at the UTSA/Lone Star Invitational, shooting a six-under 210. His best round came in the second as he fired a four-under 68 as the Aggies finished eighth against a highly-competitive field. As a team, New Mexico State shot a one-under 863, including a six-under 285 in the first round.
