BLAINE, Wash. - Led by senior Antoine Rozner's 7-under-par 65, the Missouri-Kansas City 'Roos shot a 6-under-par 282 to push their lead to 10 strokes following play on Sunday at the 2016 WAC Men's Golf Championship at Loomis Trail Golf Club.
Rozner's 65 tied Grand Canyon's Jake Byrum for both the low round of the day and low round of the tournament to take a two-stroke lead into Monday at 9-under-par. Byrum is 7-under-par to sit in second place while Saturday's day one leader Perry Wright from Utah Valley is third at 4-under-par.
The Roos are 11-under-par for the tournament to hold a comfortable lead over Seattle U, who sits at 1-under-par. Utah Valley is 4-over-par through 36 holes, followed by NM State, CSU Bakersfield, UT Rio Grande Valley and Chicago State.
The final round is set to begin under sunny skies at 8 a.m. on Monday morning.
