NM State's Hart Named AVCA Honorable Mention All-American
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – NM State senior middle blocker Megan Hart was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division I All-America Honorable Mention Team it was announced today. Hart was one of 42 players nationally to earn honorable mention honors.
The WAC Player of the Year and WAC Tournament MVP, Hart ranked second in the WAC in hitting percentage (.378), fifth in blocks (1.03), eighth in points (3.40) and 10th in kills (2.80). She was named WAC Offensive Player of the Week once this season.
Hart finished her career as NM State's all-time leader in hitting percentage (.358) and also ranks sixth in both total blocks (385) and block assists (345). She is the 12th All-American in NM State history.
