WGCA Recognizes 28 WAC All-American Scholars
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars were announced on July 8 and 28 WAC wopmen's golfers from eight different schools were recognized with this presitigous honors.
California Baptist and Seattle U led the way with five student-athletes recognized each. Grand Canyon, Kansas City and NM State each had four golfers recognized while Utah Valley had three earn the honor.
UT Rio Grande Valley had two recognized and CSU Bakersfield had one earn the recognition.
To earn the honor, a golfer must hold a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50. In all, 1,097 golfers across all divisions were recognized.
