WAC, Van Wagner Announce Extended Partnership with Canon U.S.A., INC.
DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference is proud to announce Canon U.S.A., a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States and to Latin America and the Caribbean markets, has extended their partnership for an additional three years as the Official Imaging Partner of the Conference.
The partnership was negotiated again by Van Wagner who manages the WAC's sponsorship and marketing partners program.
"We are excited to continue our relationship with Canon U.S.A," said WAC Commissioner Jeff Hurd. "Having an internationally-recognized imaging partner allows us to continue the great work we are doing on the WAC Digital Network, as well as at all of our championships."
As the Official Imaging Partner, Canon U.S.A. will continue to receive an integrated year-round marketing presence and will have the exclusive rights to promote their products and services through official WAC events and channels throughout the year. Canon U.S.A. will continue to provide the WAC and its member institutions imaging tools and education programs to enhance their live sport broadcasts and other imaging needs.

The WAC was formed in 1962 and is comprised of nine member institutions – California Baptist University; California State University, Bakersfield; Chicago State University; Grand Canyon University; University of Missouri-Kansas City; New Mexico State University; Seattle University; The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley; and Utah Valley University.
