WAC Announces Volleyball Schedule Changes
DENVER – It was announced Tuesday, that the first pair of volleyball series for Chicago State have been cancelled. Originally, UT Rio Grande Valley was set to host the Cougars on Monday, Jan. 25, and Tuesday, Jan. 26. Meanwhile, Chicago State was also scheduled to have Grand Canyon at home on Monday, Feb. 1, and Tuesday, Feb. 2. However, all four matches have been cancelled.
The games are not currently set to be made up but could be if the two teams find themselves with a common off week in the future. Conference standings and seeding for the 2021 WAC Volleyball Tournament will be based on a formula that considers both winning percentage and the percentage of games played.
