DENVER – California Baptist's Robert Moseley has been named the Western Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week for Jan. 18 through Jan. 24.

Moseley, a junior from Bakersfield, Calif., managed first-place finishes in all four events he competed in last weekend, tallying three individual wins and a relay victory. He began the meet as the leadoff in the 400 medley relay, pushing his team to the win with a time of 3 minutes and 25.13 seconds. Moseley also took the top spot in the 200 butterfly, reaching the wall at 1:51.62. To top things off, he earned wins in both the 200 back (1:53.83) and 400 individual medley (4:04.74).

Other swimmer nominated: Wyoming's Brandon Samaniego claimed podium spots in both the distance events, including finishing first in the 1000 free with a season-best time of 9:45.78.
