DIXIE STATE
The Trailblazer women had a tough in-state road trip last week, taking on Utah State followed by a doubleheader with BYU. Against Utah State, the day started strong with a doubles win coming from the duo of Alexandra Hildreth and Kyra Harames (6-4). In singles, Juliana Honczaruk battled to a tiebreaker in her matchup before dropping her match, 1-6, 5-7.

During their time in Provo, Rachel Mellor and Emma Templeman came closest to earning a point, battling to a 3-6 decision. Mellor also turned in a solid performance as she played to a tough 3-6, 1-6 loss. Alysha Damron also showed toughness as she played both of her sets to close 3-6 losses.

NM STATE
Led by Chloe Gavino, the Aggies hosted Arizona at their temporary home of the El Paso Swim & Tennis Center. Gavino collected the lone singles victory of the day as she took down Arizona's Talya Zandberg in the No. 2 flight. In doubles, Gavi Kalaga and Harsha Challa were locked up at 4-4 before the match concluded due to the Wildcats clinching the doubles point.

TARLETON
The Tarleton women looked solid for the second straight week, picking up wins over future WAC member Lamar and current WAC member UT Rio Grande Valley. Both matches were won by a score of 6-1. Against Lamar, the Texans got doubles wins from the No. 1 and No. 3 spots. Martha Makantasi and Elsa Boisson teamed up to earn the first win of the day, defeating Jayci Wong and Elena Rubio by a score of 6-1. Meanwhile, Mihaela Codreanu and Jemi Aguilar combined to take down Bianca Vitale and Natalia Molina, 6-3.  In singles, Aguilar, Makantasi, Boisson, Celia Vaudiau and Rose Watanabe each earned wins.

Similar to their contest against Lamar, Tarleton State posted a pair of doubles wins against UT Rio Grande Valley. Boisson and Makantasi started the day off with a win, pushing their weekend record to 2-0. Vaudiau and Watanabe posted a win in the No. 2 flight to lock up the doubles point for the Texans. Singles looked almost identical to Saturday's box score as Aguilar, Makantasi, Boisson, Vaudiau and Watanabe won their matches.
