WAC Announces Bracket for 2020-21 Women’s Soccer Tournament

DENVER - The 2020-21 WAC Women's Soccer Tournament is officially set and regular season co-champion Utah Valley will be the top seed as Grand Canyon is set to host at GCU Stadium in Phoenix, Ariz.

It took all 14 conference matches for the Wolverines to clinch the No. 1 seed as they locked up the top spot with a win over Dixie State on Saturday. Following a first round bye, Utah Valley will take on the winner of No. 4 UT Rio Grande Valley and No. 5 NM State on Thursday at 3 p.m. PT.

Seattle U earns the second seed after capturing a share of the regular season WAC title. The Redhawks will play the winner of No. 3 Grand Canyon and No. 6 Chicago State on Thursday at 7 p.m.

The third seed goes to Grand Canyon. The Lopes went 7-4-1 in WAC play and will play sixth-seed Chicago State on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.

UT Rio Grande Valley heads to The Grand Canyon State as the fourth seed. The Vaqueros will take on NM State, who earned the fifth seed, on Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m.

All five matches will be broadcast live on ESPN+. In addition, the WAC Digital Network will produce an international-only feed at wacdigitalnetwork.com.

Game One: No. 4 UT Rio Grande Valley vs. No. 5 NM State, 3 p.m. PT

Game Two: No. 3 Grand Canyon vs. No. 6 Chicago State, 7 p.m. PT

Game Three: No. 1 Utah Valley vs. Winner Game One, 3 p.m. PT

Game Four: No. 2 Seattle U vs. Winner Game Two, 7 p.m. PT

Championship Game, 2 p.m. PT
