TWO TEAMS HAVE CLINCHED A BERTH IN WAC TOURNAMENT
Seatte U and Utah Valley were the first teams to secure a spot in the WAC tournament. Both teams currently have a 7-1-1 record along with 22 points heading into the final week of regular season play.
UTAH TECH SET TO CLOSEOUT SEASON ON THE ROAD
Heading into the final week of regular season play, Utah Tech will be on the road at Seattle U and Utah Valley looking to secure its spot in postseason play. Utah Tech has a 6-2-1 record with 19 points with two games remaining.
GRAND CANYON STREAKING AT RIGHT TIME
With only one loss and a tie during the month of October, the Lopes are currently sitting in fifth place with a 5-3-1 record winning their past five games by a combined score of 15-3 and only allowing five goals in October.
NM STATE BLANKS SAM HOUSTON
The Aggies walked away with the 1-0 victory thanks to another second half goal by NM State’s scoring leader, Loma McNeese (8). Bianca Chacon (5) and Bella Garcia (1) both picked up assists on the McNeese score. For Garcia, this marks her first assist of the season and second of her career.
2022 WAC WOMEN'S SOCCER TOURNAMENT
The 2022 WAC Women’s Soccer Tournament will be held Nov. 2,4 and 6 at Champion Field Stadium in Seattle, Washington hosted by Seattle U. The tournament will feature the top six finishers by points in conference standings, and the top two seeds will receive a bye to the semifinals.
