ARLINGTON, Texas – California Baptist’s Chloe Webb was named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week and Stephen F. Austin’s Jordan Harrison was named TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week, for the competition week ending on Dec. 19.
Webb, a junior guard, had a 20-point, 18 rebound performance in California Baptist’s contest against California State Fullerton. Webb, a transfer from UC Irvine, was 8-of-19 from the field and 4-of-6 from the charity stripe and finished the game with two steals and one assist.
Harrison, a guard, scored 15 points in Stephen F. Austin's 101-40 win over Texas Wesleyan. Harrison recorded her career high in assists with eight and rebounds with six. Harrison closed the game shooting 4-8 (.500) from the field along with 5-6 (.833) from the free throw line.
