ACU, Three Individuals Receive NCAA Regional Invitations

INDIANAPOLIS - After posting a come-from-behind win at the WAC Men's Golf Championship on Sunday, the Abilene Christian Wildcats found out where they will be headed for NCAA Regional play and the 'Cats will be headed west for the Stockton Regional.

Abilene Christian will tee off at The Reserve at Spanos Park and will be joined by Arizona State, Washington, Stanford, LSU, Oregon, Nevada, Liberty, Brigham Young, UAB, Houston, UC Davis, Denver, and Weber State. ACU will be joined in Stockton by Seattle U's Nathan Cogswell, who earned an automatic invitational after winning the WAC individual title.

The WAC will also be represented at the Bryan Regional as Sam Houston's Chad Sewell and NM State's Aidan Thomas will compete at Tradition Club, hosted by Texas A&M.

The six NCAA Regionals are set for May 15-18 with the top five teams teams and top individual not on those teams advancing to the NCAA Men's Golf Championship on May 27-June 1 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
