ARLINGTON, Texas – California Baptist’s Luis Mueller, Utah Valley’s Ken Bellini and California Baptist’s Nolan Premack have been named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men’s Soccer Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Goalkeeper of the Week, for the match week ending on Monday, Oct. 23.
 
Mueller, a senior forward, earned a second conference weekly honor of the season after notching a pair of goals in an unbeaten week for CBU. Mueller opened the scoring in the 68th minute of a 1-1 draw with UNLV on Oct. 19, a part of his match-high five shots (four on goal) in the contest. Mueller ripped off eight shots, including four on frame, and scored the winning goal at 80:16 of a 2-0 shutout of Utah Tech on Oct. 22 to officially clinch a conference tournament berth for the Lancers.
 
Bellini, a junior defender, went distance for Utah Valley in a 4-0 win over UTRGV on Oct. 21 to keep pace in the race for a bid into the WAC Men’s Soccer Tournament. The Wolverines limited Vaqueros to only two shot attempts on goal, both in the second half, while protecting a multi-goal lead.
 
Premack, a senior goalkeeper, earned a second conference weekly award in three weeks following a solid performance in an unbeaten CBU week. Premack logged a 1-0-1 record with a 0.50 goals against average and a .923 save percentage across two matches. Premack made seven saves in a spirited 1-1 draw with UNLV on Oct. 19 and contributed a total of five stops in a 2-0 clean sheet against Utah Tech on Oct. 22.
