ARLINGTON, Texas – Northern Arizona’s Casey Craffey and Mackenna Stocker have been named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Swimmer and Diver of the week, for the competition week ending on Monday, Nov. 20.
 
Craffey, a junior, had quite the weekend, earning two NCAA 'B' cuts competing at the 2023 TYR-CMU Invitational at Colorado Mesa University. Craffey’s 16:15.27 (1^st) in the 1650-yard freestyle was faster than her previous personal best by nearly five seconds, which set a meet record. Her second 'B' cut was in the 500-yard freestyle (1^st) with a personal best 4:45.21.
 
Stocker, a sophomore, earned an NCAA Zone Cut in each of the three events (1-meter, 3-meter and platform) at the Lumberjack Diving Invite. Featuring three other WAC squads (New Mexico State, Idaho, GCU), Stocker consistently finished above her conference competition. Earlier this season, she set a new career high with a 344.03 points in the 3-meter on Oct. 20 at Idaho.
