California Baptist’s Premack Named To The CSC Men’s Soccer Academic All-America Second Team

ARLINGTON, Texas – California Baptist senior goalkeeper Nolan Premack was honored by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday by being named to the 2023 Academic All-America Second Team in Division I men’s soccer.
 
Premack, boasting a 4.00 GPA as a pre-med major, was a standout in goal for back-to-back WAC tournament champion CBU in 2023. Premack was named to the All-WAC Second Team and finished the campaign with an 8-3-4 record, a 0.99 goals-against average and a .786 save percentage in 15 starts, logging six solo shutouts. Premack made a key penalty shootout save in a 1-1 draw with San Diego on Nov. 16 in the opening round of the NCAA Championship to advance CBU in the national tournament for the first time at the DI level.
 
Over parts of three seasons with the Lancers, Premack compiled an 18-9-8 record and 0.95 goals against average, registering a .776 save percentage in 36 matches. Premack also added 13 career solo clean sheets to his CBU ledger.
