WOLVERINES WIN SEVENTH STRAIGHT
Utah Valley remains undefeated in conference play and tied for the top spot in the standings after winning its seventh straight game in a 4-1 victory over Abilene Christian. Four different Wolverines found the back of the net: Kate Shirts, Taylor Nelson, Manthy Brady, and Sadie Beardall. A defensive battle took place in Seattle last week as Tarleton State and Seattle U took a scoreless match into the final minutes. Seattle U’s Kailee Wilson broke the stalemate in the 85th minute with the game-winning goal, her second in as many games. The Redhawks extended their home conference winning streak to 12, dating back to 2021.

TAYLOR HELD AND CALIFORNIA BAPTIST BLANK UTAH TECH

This week’s WAC Goalkeeper of the Week, Mikayla O’Brien, kept the Trailblazers out of the net collecting the win and five saves in the match.
