UTAH TECH FORCES ITS WAY INTO THE POSTSEASON
Utah Tech had to win or tie its last match to make a spot for itself in the WAC Women’s Soccer Tournament and the Trailblazers did just that and more with a dominant 4-0 win over Southern Utah. Four different Trailblazers found the back of the net including Lacy Fox, who recorded her sixth career game-winning goal and 16th goal of her career, tying her for seventh all-time in UTU history. Kyah Le, Bre Koscielski, and Kalea Woodyatt also netted goals.
UTAH VALLEY WINS REGULAR SEASON CHAMPIONSHIP OUTRIGHT
Utah Valley wrapped up the outright regular season title with a 3-3 draw with Seattle U. The match was an early back-and-forth scoring affair as five goals were scored in the first 30 minutes.
