ARLINGTON, Texas – Grand Canyon’s Constanza Guerrero and Seattle U’s Aaryanna Morris have been named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Golfers of the Week, for the tournament week ending on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
 
Both Guerrero and Morris finished in a tie for third place during the GCU Invitational on Feb. 27-28 at the GCU Golf Course in Phoenix. Guerrero helped lead the Lopes to outright second place as a team with rounds of 70-69-68 to finish at 9-under-par 207 on the par-72 layout. Morris carded the best 54-hole score in Seattle program history with rounds of 73-65-69 to match Guerrero at 207. Morris’ 7-under 65 in the second round was the best single round score by an individual during the event, and her 17 total birdies also paced the field. Guerrero and Morris were in a group of seven golfers out of 119 entered in the tournament to card multiple rounds in the 60s.
