DOWN TO THE WIRE
As the final week of conference play approaches, WAC squads are looking to secure a spot in the 2024 University Credit Union WAC Softball Tournament as two slots are up for grabs. The matchups between Tarleton State vs. Southern Utah, Abilene Christian vs. Grand Canyon, Stephen F. Austin vs. California Baptist will determine who out of TSU, SUU, SFA and ACU will complete the tournament field.

FIGHTING FOR SEEDING ADVANTAGE
During the 2024 University Credit Union WAC Softball Tournament the opening round will be a single elimination round. The bottom four seeds will compete to advance to the double elimination first round. Those advancing seed will face the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds later on opening day. The No. 1 and 2 seed advance directly to the quarterfinal round. Utah Tech and Utah Valley are tied with a 12-10 record and will compete against each other in the final week of conference play to determine who will lock down the No. 3 seed. If either team earns a sweep and Seattle U earns a sweep over UT Arlington, Seattle U can have a chance to sneak into the No. 4 spot.
