UAC Football Features Full Slate in Week One

Historic home games headline Week One action for United Athletic Conference Football squads as the league officially kicks off its second season of competition. In addition to a pair of hosting duties, UAC teams are set to square off against a plethora of FBS foes including teams from the ACC, Big XII and SEC.

- All nine UAC programs are slated to play during the opening weekend... Southern Utah got an early start on Thursday night with a clash versus in-state foe #12 Utah

- No. 11 Central Arkansas' backfield features a pair of 2,000+ yard rushers as preseason All-American ShunDerrick Powell enters the season with 2,761 yards and teammate Darius Hale has amassed 2,441 yards in his career
