Utah Valley and Utah Tech Split 2025 WAC Volleyball Regular Season Championship

ARLINGTON, Texas –
Utah Valley and Utah Tech split the 2025 WAC Volleyball regular season championship after each squad compiled a 10-2 record in conference play. The Wolverines claimed the first seed in the 2025 WAC Volleyball Tournament, getting the nod over the Trailblazers as Utah Valley won the tiebreaker with more sets won over Utah Tech in the head-to-head matchups. The WAC Volleyball Tournament will begin on Thursday, November 20 and will take place in Abilene, Texas.  
 
Utah Valley (14-10, WAC 10-2) secured its first ever WAC volleyball regular season title, finishing the conference season with eight wins in its last nine matches. With the first seed in the tournament, the Wolverines will get a bye in the quarterfinal round and will play the winner of No. 4 Abilene Christian and No. 5 UT Arlington on Friday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. CT.
 
Utah Tech (19-5, WAC 10-2) also notched its first ever WAC volleyball regular season title, capping off the year with a perfect 9-0 record at home in the 2025 season. The Trailblazers will take on No. 7 Southern Utah on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 4 p.m. CT.
 
The semifinal matches will take place on Friday, November 21 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. CT, and the championship match is scheduled for Saturday, November 22 at 7 p.m. CT. All seven matches will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and on WAC International for international viewers.
