ARLINGTON, Texas – Grand Canyon’s Brenna Preap has been named the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Golfer of the Week, for the tournament week ending on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
 
Preap, a sophomore, scored the best individual finish for the Lopes in the Alice and John Wallace Women’s Golf Classic, placing 23^rd at 5-over-par (74-74-70). In a field filled with six teams ranked inside the top 50 nationally, Preap tallied six birdies and 39 pars, tied for the sixth most among the 120-player field. She shot 1-under in her final round with only one bogey on the day.
