2025 Postseason WNIT Bracket

ARLINGTON, Texas – Following NCAA’s Selection Sunday, it was announced that Abilene Christian, UT Arlington and Utah Valley have received at-large bids for the 2025 Postseason WNIT with Tarleton State being an automatic qualifier. This will be the first time the WAC will have four teams in the WNIT since 1999.

Abilene Christian (20-12, 9-7 WAC) will host its first-round matchup against Northwestern State (16-15, 12-8 SLC) on Thursday, March 20^th at 6 p.m. CT. The winner will move on to the second round to face Central Arkansas.

UT Arlington (17-13, 10-6 WAC) will also be hosting its first-round matchup, as the Lady Mavs will take on Incarnate Word (18-13, 12-8 SLC) on Thursday, March 20^th at 6:30 p.m. CT. North Texas awaits the winner in the second round.

Utah Valley (18-12, 9-7 WAC) will travel to Air Force (18-14, 7-11 MW) for its first-round matchup against Falcons on Friday, March 21^st at 6:30 p.m. MT. The winner will advance to take on Washington State in the second round.

Tarleton State (20-13, 10-6 WAC) has received a first-round bye in the tournament as part of being an automatic qualifier and will play the winner of Lindenwood and Tulsa. The second round will take place between March 23 and March 25 with the time and playing site to be determined.

The championship game of the 2025 Postseason WNIT will occur on April 5^th.
