ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington’s Paige Reagor, Southern Utah’s Teniyah Leuluai, and Seattle U’s Katlyn Sipes have been named the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Volleyball Player, Setter, and Libero of the week, for the match week ending on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
 
Reagor, a graduate middle blocker, helped keep UT Arlington undefeated at the start of conference play as the Mavericks moved to 4-0. Reagor accumulated an impressive hitting percentage of .500 (20-3-34) in seven sets along with 14 blocks, four being solo. Reagor leads the WAC in hitting percentage (.435), and solo blocks (18). Reagor’s hitting percentage is good enough for 12^th in the nation.
 
Leuluai, a senior setter, tallied a career-high 51 assists and surpassed 1,000 assists in her Thunderbird career in Southern Utah’s win against Utah Tech. Leuluai also racked up 12 digs against the Trailblazers to record her fourth double-double of the year. Leuluai totaled 79 assists (9.88/set), 14 digs, three aces, and a block over the week. She now sits third in the WAC in assists this season with 456.
 
Sipes, a senior libero, collected 44 digs (4.89/set) this week, including a season-high of 29 in Seattle U’s first program victory over Tarleton State. Sipes also tacked on three assists and two aces against the Texans. Sipes has accumulated double-digit digs in all but three matches this season and is second in the WAC with 215.
