ARLINGTON, Texas – Abilene Christian’s Zane Heusel has been named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men’s Golfer of the Week for the tournament week ending on Wednesday, March 20.
 
Heusel, a senior, was the top individual finisher for ACU at the Arizona Thunderbirds Intercollegiate on March 18-19 at the Tucson Country Club in Tucson, Arizona. Heusel compiled round of 72-78-66 to finish at even par 216 for the tournament. Heusel’s final round 6-under-par 66 was one of six rounds in the 60s over the final 18 holes in the 79-player field.
