2025 WAC Men's Golf Championship Second Round Results

PAYSON, Ariz. – Seattle U maintained its team lead on a challenging Saturday of play in round two of the 2025 WAC Men’s Golf Championship at Chapparal Pines.

The Redhawks combined to shoot a team 8-over-par score of 296 in the second round to post a 36-hole total of 10-over-par 586. Tarleton State climbed into second place with a Friday 5-over 293 to post a 14-over-par score of 590 (297-293). Grand Canyon (293-300=593), Utah Tech (302-293=595) and Utah Valley (304-295=599) rounded out the top five.

Tarleton State’s Carson Gallaher logged a second straight round of 1-under-par 71 to take a one-shot lead in the individual standings at 2-under-par 142. Defending WAC medalist Kevin Li from Seattle U (71-72) joined teammate Ben Ragland (72-71) and Utah Valley’s Dane Huddleston (75-68) in a tie for second place at 1-under-par 143. Utah Tech’s Ashton McArthur (74-71) and Utah Valley’s Paxton Maxwell (72-73) shared fifth place at 1-over-par 145 following 36 holes.
